How It Works

1. Purchase this diagnostic service
2. Submit your repair request form
3. Ship your drill to us
4. We diagnose the issue
5. You receive a repair quote (repairs $75 or under are completed automatically)
6. Approve → we fix it → ship it back

Pricing
This $25 diagnostic fee is non-refundable and separate from your repair cost. If you decide not to move forward with repair, it covers return shipping and we'll ship your drill back to you at no extra charge.

Turnaround
About 2 weeks from the time we receive your drill to the time it ships back out.

Shipping Instructions

• Wrap the handpiece well in bubble wrap
• Use a sturdy box with extra padding so it doesn't shift
• Include your name and phone number inside the package
• Send us your tracking number once shipped
• You're responsible for the cost of shipping it to us

Warranty
30 days on parts and labor. Drills may run slightly warm right after a bearing replacement — this is normal and settles within a few days.
