Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via one of the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more! Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping fee based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is not included in the estimated shipping timeframe and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days (varies by location and carrier)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons or holidays, delays may occur due to carrier volume. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If Shopify’s system detects a potential address issue with your order, we will proactively reach out to you to help correct it before shipment.

  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can make the necessary correction before it ships.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect, replace, or refund orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please double-check your address carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage before contacting us.

  • For lost packages, please allow a few extra business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out, as carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Changing Your Shipping Method

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method (e.g., from standard to express, or vice versa). Please select your preferred method carefully at checkout.
