Overview
We understand you can change your mind. We accept returns of undamaged, unopened goods in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for most items. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Mandatory Fees & Return Shipping

Restocking & Inspection Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking and inspection fee, deducted from your store credit.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original outbound shipment and the cost to return the item to us.

Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash or original-payment-method refunds will be provided.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason:

Clearance and sale items

Custom orders
-
Gels, lacquers, liquids, and powders

Drill bits
-
Furniture and spa equipment

Any time-dated items

E-Files (Electronic Files) and Drills — Due to the high risk of part-swapping and component tampering, all e-files and drills are FINAL SALE and are explicitly excluded from this return policy. See the Damaged Item Claims section for the only exception.
Return Process for Approved Items
Please follow all steps below. Returns initiated without a Return Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Request an RMA: Contact us at ksnailsupply10@gmail.com within the 15-day window to request a Return Authorization.

Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging with all seals intact.

Ship the Item: Ship to the address we provide using a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for this cost.

Inspection & Credit: Upon receipt and inspection, if the item meets all conditions, we will issue store credit for the item’s price, minus the 20% restocking fee and the original outbound shipping cost.
Promotional Item & Bundle Returns
Free Promotional Item
If you received a free item with your purchase, the full retail value of that promotional item will be deducted from your store credit upon return.
Discounted Bundle
If you purchased items as part of a discounted bundle, the full bundled discount applied to your entire order will be deducted from your store credit. This may result in a remaining balance owed to K S Beauty & Nail Supply.
Warranty
We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. Any product warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer, as outlined in their included materials.
We may, at our discretion, assist in facilitating a valid warranty claim only if the product is unaltered, with all original components, seals, and serial numbers intact. For warranty inquiries, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at ksnailsupply10@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Defective Item Claims
If you believe you received a legitimately damaged or defective item upon delivery, you must contact us at ksnailsupply10@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be accepted.
Required Evidence
Your claim must include all of the following:

Clear, unedited photographic and video evidence of the unopened package and its labels

A video of the first unboxing, showing the defect and all components

A clear photo of the product’s serial number and any seals
We will review all submitted evidence and, if the claim is approved, provide further instructions. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
E-Files & Drills — Approved Damage Claims Only
E-files and drills are otherwise Final Sale. However, if a damage claim is approved for these items, the return is subject to the same 20% inspection fee and customer-paid return shipping as all other approved returns.

Any attempt to open, modify, or swap components on any product — especially e-files and drills — voids all return eligibility and the manufacturer’s warranty.

We record serial numbers. Initiating a chargeback without following this policy will result in permanent account termination.
