4. Payment and Billing Information

We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, business checks, and cash for in-store purchases. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store or through our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We understand you can change your mind. We accept returns of undamaged, unopened goods in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for most items. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only. No cash or original-payment-method refunds will be provided.

Mandatory Fees & Return Shipping

  • Restocking & Inspection Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking and inspection fee.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipment and the cost to return the item to us.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Clearance and sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Gels, lacquers, liquids, and powders

  • Drill bits

  • Furniture and spa equipment

  • Any time-dated items

  • E-Files (Electronic Files) and Drills — Due to the high risk of part-swapping and component tampering, all e-files and drills are FINAL SALE and are explicitly excluded from this return policy.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photographs of the defect

  • The original, undamaged packaging

6. Prohibited Uses & User Conduct

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree that you will not:
