Included vs. not included
A full diagnostic and repair covers most issues. A few things are handled separately, and we'll always reach out before doing extra work.
Included
- Full diagnostic of the issue
- Repair and/or tune-up
- Thorough cleaning of all components
- Tightening and reassembly
- Genuine OEM-spec replacement parts
Not Included
- Drills previously tampered with (we'll still take a look)
- New power box, motor, or power cord
- Bearing or motor brush replacement
- These are always quoted before we proceed
How we handle pricing over $75
Small repairs move fast. Larger ones, we check with you first.

How to pack your drill
- 01 Wrap the handpiece well in bubble wrap
- 02 Use a sturdy box with extra padding so it doesn't shift in transit
- 03 Send us your tracking number once it ships
- 04 You're responsible for the cost of shipping it to us
The fine print
Warranty
30 days on parts and labor. Drills may run slightly warm right after a bearing replacement — this is normal and settles within a few days.
Shipping back
Ships via UPS/USPS per our shipping policy. We're not responsible for packages marked "delivered" but not received.
Unclaimed drills
60+ days with no response incurs a $20 storage fee. After 100 days, the drill is considered abandoned and recycled for parts.
Older models
We repair what we can, but some older drills have discontinued parts and may not be repairable.
