At K S Beauty & Nail Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our nail supply products. We do not offer refunds on issues caused by user error and cosmetic defects. Please review our store policies below.

Customer Policy:

K S Beauty & Nail Supply is a professional wholesale nail supplier, and we only sells to Licensed Professionals and/or Practicing Nail Students. Special discounts are only available for nail professionals.

Right to Refuse Service (In-Store)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, if their behavior or actions:
Are disrespectful, threatening, or abusive toward our staff or customers.
Violate store policies or safety guidelines.
Involve fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Create an unsafe or disruptive environment in our store.

Right to Cancel Orders (Online & In-Store)

KS Beauty & Nail Supply reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed with us, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving:
- Suspected fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or inaccurate billing/shipping information.
- Product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues on our website.
- Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without authorization.
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email or phone, and any payment received will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.

Product Authenticity & Use

We guarantee that all products sold by KS Beauty & Nail Supply are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers.

While we strive to ensure every item meets the highest standards, KS Beauty & Nail Supply is not liable for manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

Inconsistent color shades or pigmentation between batches
Changes in texture, viscosity, or formula
Packaging variations or labeling differences
Quality issues that originate from the manufacturer or vendor

These matters are outside our control and should be addressed directly with the product manufacturer.

Additionally, KS Beauty & Nail Supply is not responsible for any damages, reactions, or performance issues resulting from improper use, storage, or application of products.

Coupon and Voucher Policy

Valid Only at K S Beauty and Nail Supply: Coupons/vouchers are redeemable exclusively at K S Beauty and Nail Supply locations and cannot be used at other retailers.
Expiration Date: Each coupon includes a clear expiration date and will not be accepted past this date. Expired coupons are considered void.
One Coupon per Transaction: Customers use one coupon/voucher per transaction unless otherwise specified. Coupons can't be mixed with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
No Duplicates Accepted: Each coupon is valid for a single use only. Photocopies, altered, or duplicated coupons/vouchers are not permitted.
No Cash Value: Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. They are only valid toward product purchases as outlined on the coupon/voucher.
Exclusions May Apply: Coupons/vouchers exclude certain products or brands. Any exclusions will be specified on the coupon.
For receipts with multiple items and a coupon, the discount is prorated across all items. Refunds on returns will show the discounted amount. Example: If a customer uses a $20 coupon on a receipt totaling $100, and one item is $40, the other $60, then 40% of the coupon ($8) is applied to the $40 item, and 60% ($12) to the $60 item. If the customer returns the $40 item, they get $32 as a refund.
Lost or Stolen Coupons/Vouchers: K S Beauty and Nail Supply is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or damaged coupons.
Minimum Buy Requirements: Some coupons have minimum purchase requirements. Please refer to the specific terms on each coupon.
Purchases Using Coupons: Coupons/vouchers are not to be used toward prior purchases. They are only valid toward new purchases made during the coupon's promotional period.
Store’s Right to Decline: KS Beauty and Nail Supply reserves the right to decline any coupon that does not adhere to this policy or that appears fraudulent.
