How do I qualify for free shipping?


All domestic orders of $100 or more automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout. Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping fee based on your selected method and delivery location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

First, orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After that, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method — Standard Shipping takes 5–14 business days, while Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Keep in mind these are estimates and not guaranteed.

My package arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please hold onto all original packaging materials and take clear photos of the damage. Then contact us as soon as possible at (704) 523-3698 or ksnailsupply10@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package — what now?

What is your return window and what condition must items be in?

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be undamaged, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.

What form will my refund be issued in?

All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds back to the original payment method.



Is there a fee to return an item?

Yes — all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking and inspection fee. You are also responsible for all return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping and the cost to ship the item back to us.
